Dwayne is currently the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He is the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the new generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous online publications and is a co-author on Christ Centered biblical counseling Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars).
